Return & Exchange Policy

At Future Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The item must have a valid reason for exchange (e.g., wrong item received, manufacturing defect, damaged on arrival)
  • The product must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents
  • Fake item returned as per receiving. 

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email only.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange with photos/video of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–4 business days
  4. If approved, you need to book shipment via Leopard or TCS and send the replacement.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos or a video of the issue. We will prioritize your case and arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
